Aks collaborated with a leading training company in Pune to train employees of Messrs John Deere on 'Prevention of Sexual Harassment and creating a Non-Violent Workplace'. The training was conducted by the Director and Lead Trainer, Aks at the John Deere Tech Center and at their factory location in Ranjangaon over a period of three weeks. Over 1500 employees actively participated in the training. A detailed feedback along with actionable recommendations was submitted to the Management.

Aks conducted workshops for boys and girls of the 8th Grade of Karnataka High School on 'Body Image'. The workshops comprised of interactive activities and video clips to help children understand their bodies better and learn to appreciate their own body shape and size. The response to the workshops was good and it was very encouraging to see children wholeheartedly participate in the discussions.

Aks also conducted an interactive session on 'Anger Management' for 9th graders of Karnataka High School, where too the response was very good. The session was aimed at helping students understand and manage their anger through interactive activities.

The Director and Lead Trainer, Aks, Barkha Bajaj worked with Messrs 'YQ World' on a Career Counseling Project conducted at the Navodyay Vidyalaya, Kohlapur. She also participated in a Personal Counseling Workshop at Navodyay Leadership Institute (NLI), Goa. At NLI she studied the system and provided the management with recommendations and feedback on how to tackle behavioral issues amongst students in boarding schools.
